Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking a Project Supervisor in San Antonio, TX to support the Construction Manager for aerial and underground builds. You will perform daily field visits, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and drive project budgeting and planning.

This role requires 3+ years in telecom construction with fiber experience, travel 20–25%, and strong customer service and communication skills. A company vehicle, laptop, phone, and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of telecommunications construction experience required.
• Experience with fiber installation, pulling, running and splicing required.
• Ability to travel 20–25% of the time; evenings and/or weekends as needed.
• Ability to read maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process.
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize software systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID; driver’s license if driving.

Responsibilities

• Daily field visits to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Drive projects through systems for final development and budgeting.
• Assist with defining labor/material needs, permits, and infrastructure points.
• Define projects from job definitions and network integration needs.
• Manage path planning review, site pictures, node integration and resources.
• Support Quality Control: onsite checks, safety audits, and HR aspects.
• Develop Project Packets and project documentation.
• Oversee project development for new initiatives and multiple stages.
