Accenture Construct is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support complex construction programs. You will assist with initialization, scoping and execution, while tracking deliverables, schedules and contractor performance across multiple sites.

The role requires 2–3+ years of coordination experience in construction projects and a relevant engineering degree. A flexible hybrid work arrangement and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of direct project coordination support for construction projects (Electrical/Gas Substation, Transmission, IT, or Civil)
• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience with client approval)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects under supervision of a Program, Project, or Functional Manager
• Support initialization, scoping, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables
• Track standards, contractor schedules, discrepancies, personnel, and communications
• Monitor program and technical operations across locations
• Maintain meeting minutes and supporting documentation
• Support risk tracking, issue resolution, and action item follow-ups
• Monitor contracting and material procurement statuses
• Document contractor personnel and progress
• Assist development and implementation of work standards and tracking procedures
• Flexibly work a mix of remote and onsite locations to suit project needs
