Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks an experienced construction leader to serve as lead field representative on complex CMAR projects. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate with the owner and A/E teams, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedule updates, while driving timely turnover and closeout. Strong communication and field leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction management, field management, or superintendent experience on commercial or education projects.
• Experience overseeing a general contractor or CMAR on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of means and methods, contract docs, submittals, schedules, and change orders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools such as Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Kahua.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time on-site oversight of CMAR and subcontractors to ensure conformance with drawings and specs.
• Document deficiencies, coordinate with A/E team, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track schedule performance, document milestones, and support monthly updates and pay reviews.
• Lead or co-lead progress and coordination meetings; maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, FF&E, commissioning, testing, and owner training.
• Manage punch lists, nonconformance logs, and post-occupancy activities.
• Maintain daily progress records and on-site safety oversight.
