Job summary

You will coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, supervise subcontractors, track daily reports, and ensure quality and schedule compliance from drawings. This role requires 100% travel and offers exposure to major design-build projects within the CDM Smith family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead and manage daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedules and prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions for construction.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
