Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise day-to-day field operations for food and beverage process facilities. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage safety programs, and align with project budgets and schedules.

The role requires strong communication and technical skills across multiple software tools, with travel across the USA and Canada as needed. On-site, field and office coordination will be routine.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or related field preferred.
• Design-build experience with industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to oversee sub-contractors and drive project schedule.
• Strong client interaction, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule with project management.
• Maintain site safety procedures with the safety team.
• Coordinate field engineering, inspections, and testing with third parties.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and logs; ensure schedule compliance.
• Collaborate with owners, subs, building officials, and A/E team.
