Job summary

ARCO Companies seeks a College Superintendent Intern/Co-op to gain hands-on construction experience. You will work on the jobsite, learn scheduling, interact with subcontractors, and help run projects from start to finish.

You’ll be part of a growing design-build team with competitive hourly pay and benefits after three months. ARCO emphasizes integrity, opportunity, and inclusion across all roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Ability to work onsite in the fall, spring or summer.
• Local to Sullivan, Indiana or able to commute daily.
• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related degree programs.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents with on-site activities on projects in various stages.
• Learn to create schedules and communicate with subcontractors.
• Support the smooth management of projects from start to finish.
• Contribute to the project life cycle and overall ARCO success.
