Job summary

ARCO Design/Build, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Superintendent Intern/Co-op to gain hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of a design/build project. Work alongside experienced field leaders to learn site mobilization, safety culture, scheduling, and quality control in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will develop practical skills under supervision, while contributing to on‑time project delivery and safety practices within a leading construction firm.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication skills and work ethic.
• Co‑op or Intern construction experience preferred.
• Active Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations – exposure to daily site activities from mobilization to project completion.
• Safety Leadership – participate in daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Scheduling & Coordination – assist with subcontractor coordination and progress tracking.
• Quality Control – observe and support inspections to meet project standards.
