Job summary

STV is seeking Construction Inspectors for our Transportation division in Greenville, NC. The successful candidates will support ongoing projects while assisting in the growth of our Construction Management and CEI practice.

The position requires minimum 2 years of experience in construction inspection, various safety certifications, and the ability to perform manual tasks outdoors. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plans, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction inspection experience.
• Must acquire NCDOT certifications within 6 months.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and traverse rough terrain.

Responsibilities

• Apply safety philosophy to all job responsibilities.
• Monitor contractor compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare daily inspection reports.
• Perform on-site material testing and sampling.
