Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation and maintenance projects to verify compliance with approved design specs, industry standards, safety codes and federal regulations.
• Documents inspection results, deficiencies, and required corrective actions.
• Reviews contractor submittals, RFIs, shop drawings and material certifications in coordination with engineers and project teams.
• Monitors construction progress and prepares detailed reports and recommendations.
• Inspects materials and testing processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
