Clayton, a leading single-family home builder, seeks a Construction Project Manager to support its retail team by ensuring timely completion of construction and world-class service. This role reports to the Home Center General Manager and covers field construction management, permitting, walk-throughs and coordinating service.

Key duties include overseeing construction phases, scheduling contracted work, pulling permits, conducting customer walkthroughs, and maintaining the Home Centers NPS.

Aufgaben

• Overseeing construction phase for all current deals.
• Scheduling all contracted work.
• Following up with Contractors as well as customers for service calls.
• Pulling permits.
• Conducting walk-throughs with customers.
• Managing the Home Centers Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Schedule set-up and delivery and other service-related items.
• Follow-up with customers using various contact methods.
• Merchandising the retail location and homes, including moving furniture, décor and cleaning.
