Job summary

Clayton Homes in El Dorado, AR seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to support our retail team in completing timely construction projects and delivering world-class service. This role focuses on coordination with contractors, permits, scheduling, and customer follow-up to ensure smooth in-field operations.

The position requires strong communication, construction knowledge, and a collaborative, onsite work ethic. Two-year degree preferred and a fully in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete bill-backs with factories and related paperwork.
• Process contractor bills and maintain customer files.
• Assist in obtaining permits and coordinating service with contractors and customers.
• Schedule setup, delivery, and other service-related items with contractors and customers.
• Follow up with customers via visits and various communication methods.
• Assist with merchandising and preparation for audits and events.
