Job summary

ALPHA OMEGA CONSTRUCTION GROUP OF FLORIDA LLC is seeking an assistant to coordinate roofing/siding installation activities and maintenance projects. You will support planning, scheduling, and tracking production, and help with safety inspections and documentation to ensure quality workmanship.

This role requires strong communication, ability to work in field and office settings, and a willingness to learn construction processes. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with ability to learn construction processes quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Clean driving record with no major infractions in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking production of roofing/siding installation.
• Run errands and assist supervisors with supply pick-up and drop-off.
• Support warehouse with packing and material loading.
• Assist with pre/post and safety inspections and document work with photos.
