Roof Depot, Inc. is seeking a Field Construction Assistant to support our Homebuilder Solutions team. This field-based role spends significant time on active residential job sites solving problems, coordinating materials, performing inspections, and ensuring quality workmanship.

You will work with Area Construction Managers and Field Construction Managers, gain hands-on project management experience, and have a clear path for career advancement within a growing construction company.

• Construction, roofing, siding, warehouse, delivery, or trade experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations across active residential construction projects.
• Work alongside Area Construction Managers and Field Construction Managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate with crews, suppliers, and builders to resolve issues and keep jobs moving.
• Assist with quality control inspections and safety compliance.
• Help manage material deliveries, shortages, returns, and job site logistics.
• Track project progress from start to completion.
• Support punch list completion, warranty items, and final walkthroughs.
• Assist with material transportation and deliveries when needed.
