Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a general laborer to assist craft workers on jobsites, maintaining a clean and safe construction site and supporting project delivery. Responsibilities include following safety policies, handling tools, and helping with concrete finishing and equipment setup.

The role offers nationwide project opportunities with assignments typically lasting 4 to 10 months; a daily per diem is provided to help with living expenses while on assignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–12 months of related experience in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide two-digit numbers and handle measurement units.

Responsibilities

• Assist other craft workers on construction sites.
• Follow all safety policies and complete required safety documentation.
• Signal operators of equipment and assist with alignment and movement of machinery.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications using a shovel or hand tool.
• Finish poured concrete using float or trowel and screed.
