PACK Power LLC is seeking a construction laborer to assist on sites nationwide, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. The role supports craft workers and handles tasks from leveling ground to basic electrical work on substations.

Required: a high school diploma or GED and up to 12 months of related construction experience; strong safety mindset and basic math skills. Per diem is provided on assignments lasting 4–10 months.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in construction or labor is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with electrical concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety policies and procedures on-site.
• Complete required safety documentation.
• Signal equipment operators for positioning and alignment.
• Level earth to grade using hand tools.
• Finish concrete work with floats, trowels, and screeds.
• Assist with installing conduit and wiring on substations.
