You will unload materials, prepare layouts, operate tools, assist with concrete work, and help maintain a clean, safe site. This entry-level program offers hands-on training, steady work, and the chance to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and personally organized.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Ability to remain flexible as assignments change.
• A strong team player with initiative to support the team.
• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD with at least two years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload, haul, and stage construction materials across the work site.
• Prepare layout area where construction will take place.
• Clear debris, hazards, and trash; erect temporary structures and scaffolding; maintain a safe site.
• Safely use hand and power tools and assist with maintenance.
• Aid in rebar installation, concrete pouring, finishing to ensure structural integrity.
• Support skilled craftspeople by holding materials, measuring, cutting, or basic tasks; learn on the job.
