Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a construction laborer to assist with other craft workers on jobsites, helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while supporting the overall project. This role involves manual labor, basic measurements, and following safety policies to protect yourself and teammates.

This position offers nationwide opportunities based on project needs, with assignments typically lasting 4 to 10 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–12 months of construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies.
• Complete required safety documentation.
• Signal equipment operators for alignment and movement.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications.
• Finish concrete with float, trowel, or screed.
• Assemble and connect pumps, motors and parts.
• Install electrical conduit and grounding as needed.
• Travel to different jobsites as required.
• Maintain assigned tools.
