Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a hands-on Equipment Operator to join our construction teams across projects nationwide. The role involves working with craft workers on sites, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, efficient site. You will receive hourly pay plus per diem during assignments, with opportunities based on project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equipment Operator certifications as required by equipment.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Six to twelve months of related construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work hands on with installation and assist crew members with physical tasks as required.
• Primarily focused on the physical aspects of installation; operate hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with guiding and threading equipment, placement of cables and conduit per project.
• Coordinate machine actions with other activities and communicate clearly with crew.
