Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a general on-site laborer to assist craft workers on jobsites, maintain a clean and safe site, and support overall project execution. The role involves following safety policies, performing hands-on tasks, and collaborating with team members on variations of electrical infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and up to 12 months of construction experience. Willingness to travel nationwide for assignments is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 0–12 months of construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements as part of on-site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with other craft workers on jobsites.
• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Signal equipment operators for movement and alignment.
• Level earth and finish concrete surfaces.
• Install conduits and grounding on substation equipment if required.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
• Perform routine tool care and maintenance.
