Job summary

Waukesha-Pearce Industries, LLC in Odessa/Midland area seeks a Field Compressor Technician on a 14/14 schedule. You will work with a master/journeyman technician on natural gas engines and compressors, reading schematics and OEM specs, and leading small repair jobs while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include completing service reports, performing mandated maintenance, and adhering to JSA/HSE requirements while coordinating with the Regional Field Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of gas compressor experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver license and driving record that meets insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor/lead technician.
• Read OEM specifications and apply correct procedures.
• Lead small minor repair or service jobs on natural gas engines and compressors.
• Complete required paperwork (service reports, PM sheets, parts list).
• Maintain safety with proper JSA/HSE compliance and housekeeping.
