City Property Management in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Community Inspector to conduct inspections of assigned single-family communities. This role involves travel across communities, with about 75% field-based work and 25% office work, documenting findings and communicating with homeowners and boards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid license, reliable vehicle, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle and current automobile insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn company software and use a smartphone/tablet for documentation.
• Ability to apply written rules and inspection standards consistently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections of assigned single-family communities.
• Follow established routes, schedules, and community-specific guidelines.
• Inspect landscaping, exterior paint, roofs, fencing, and other visible conditions.
• Document potential violations with notes and photographs.
• Enter findings into company software promptly and accurately.
• Review governing documents and community requirements before inspections.
• Observe and report maintenance or safety concerns to homeowners and teams.
• Respond to homeowner questions regarding violations through approved channels.
• Coordinate with Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers.
