Job summary

City Property Management in Phoenix is seeking an ACM & Community Inspection Supervisor to lead the ACMs and Community Inspectors, hire, onboard, train, and manage performance. The role includes developing staff for advancement into Community Manager positions within 1–2 years, and providing hands-on leadership and coverage as needed.

The position oversees training programs, workload balancing, adherence to procedures, and coordination with Community Managers and executives to ensure top-quality

Qualifications

• Five years of community association or property management experience; or at least three years with CMCA/CAAM certification.
• CMCA/CAAM certification required as per qualifications.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong understanding of community association operations and compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational and workload-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ACM and Community Inspector teams; hire, onboard, train, coach and develop staff.
• Manage workloads and ensure coverage, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Lead the Community Inspector program and supervise field operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to address concerns.
• Collaborate with Community Managers, Vice Presidents, and homeowners to meet priorities.
