Job summary

Cusick Community Management is seeking an Inspector Driver to support multiple communities across North Carolina and South Carolina. The role is on-the-road, independent, and requires attention to detail to document inspections and ensure compliance.

You will drive to assigned communities, capture photos, record findings, and coordinate with Community Managers for follow-up. A dependable, organized candidate with strong communication skills fits best.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage an inspection route.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional and courteous when interacting with homeowners.
• Comfortable learning property management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and inspect assigned communities according to schedule.
• Identify potential violations of community guidelines.
• Take photos and write notes to document findings.
• Enter inspection results into company software accurately.
• Identify and report maintenance needs in common areas.
• Communicate findings professionally with homeowners and managers.
• Coordinate follow-up items with Community Managers.
• Maintain an organized inspection route and daily schedule.
