Job summary

City Property Management in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on ACM & Community Inspection Supervisor to lead the ACM and Community Inspector teams, hire and train staff, and drive program development. The role oversees scheduling, coaching, and performance, with a clear path to advancing ACMs into Community Manager roles within 1–2 years.

As a full-time, in-office supervisor, you will guide daily operations, maintain quality control, and ensure adherence to company procedures while supporting

Qualifications

• Five years of community association or property management experience; or at least three years with a current CMCA or CAAM certification.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated success hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of community association operations and compliance processes.
• Excellent organizational, workload‑management, and follow‑through skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish expectations, hold employees accountable, and address performance concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ACM & Community Inspector teams, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, workload management, performance, and quality control.
• Develop ACMs for advancement into Community Manager positions within 1–2 years.
• Provide hands-on leadership and supervise field operations and program development.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and train ACMs and Community Inspectors; manage daily leadership and support.
• Balance workloads and ensure coverage; monitor attendance, productivity, and quality.
• Conduct performance reviews and address performance concerns; foster professional culture.
