City Property Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented Community Inspector for Arizona communities. This role involves conducting scheduled inspections, documenting violations, and communicating findings to homeowners and managers.

Expect travel across assigned neighborhoods, with office support and mileage reimbursement. The ideal candidate will be dependable, observant, and able to work independently while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle and current automobile insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional with homeowners.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software.
• Ability to photograph and document findings with a smartphone or tablet.
• Ability to apply written rules and inspection standards consistently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections of assigned single-family communities.
• Follow established routes, schedules, and community guidelines.
• Document potential violations with notes and photographs.
• Enter findings into company software promptly and accurately.
• Review governing documents and community requirements before inspections.
• Communicate with homeowners, Board Members, vendors and team members.
