Vertex Inc. is seeking a Field Communication Engagement Senior Manager in Boston to develop and execute clear communication plans that inform, engage, and activate field teams and key stakeholders.

You will support the VP of Strategic Customer Engagement and field sales leaders by driving engagement, supporting pipeline launches, and strengthening collaboration across the kidney field team. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, field leadership, commercial operations, management consulting, or program management within pharma/biotech.

• Create high-impact communication and messaging to support field business goals.
• Identify opportunities for communication optimization through field rides, observations, and performance analysis.
• Plan, write, and post content for applicable communication channels.
