Job summary

Pampered Chef is seeking an Associate Manager of Field Communications & Activation to bring monthly communications, promotions and programs to life for our consultants across the field. This role partners with training, marketing, and sales teams to drive engagement and performance.

Based in Addison, IL with a hybrid work schedule, you will manage content, campaigns, and delivery across channels. Relevant experience in direct sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience managing deliverables and working with communications and marketing plans/collateral.
• Direct sales industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of monthly communications and activation tools with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on promotional and recognition programs and cross-channel messaging.
• Craft compelling positioning for consultant segments and adapt messages to the medium.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, timelines, and QA; analyze results and learnings.
