Job summary

At Home Stores LLC is seeking a Field Communications & Operations Coordinator to support planning, execution, and administration of communications and operational programs for store teams. The role acts as a liaison between Home Office and stores, coordinating field communications, managing platforms, and supporting reporting and analytics.

Based in Coppell, TX, this hybrid position combines onsite and remote work with structured weekly onsite days.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1–3 years of experience in communications, retail operations, project coordination, or related fields preferred.
Experience supporting communications projects or content development preferred.
Experience managing supplies, inventory, vendor relationships, or event logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in compiling and organizing weekly field communications and updates for store teams.
Draft and edit communications using approved templates and standards.
Support weekly newsletters and communication campaigns.
Administer and maintain WorkJam and other communication platforms.
Monitor engagement metrics and provide summaries to leadership.
Coordinate communication requests across Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, and Learning & Development.
Support store initiatives, seasonal programs, and special projects.
Manage inventory of store operations supplies and materials.
