Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Field Communications & Operations Coordinator to support planning, execution, and administration of communications and operations for store teams.

The role bridges Home Office and stores, coordinating field communications, managing platforms, supporting reporting, and overseeing supplies for store operations. The hybrid role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and field leadership to deliver timely information, drive execution, and enhance the team

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in communications, retail operations, project coordination, or related functions.
• Experience supporting communication projects or content development is preferred.
• Experience managing supplies, inventory, vendor relationships, or event logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and organizing weekly field communications.
• Draft and edit communications and materials using templates and standards.
• Support weekly newsletters and campaigns.
• Administer and maintain WorkJam and other communication platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide summaries to leadership.
• Maintain communication trackers and project documentation.
• Coordinate requests across Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, and Learning.
• Support communications for store initiatives and events.
• Manage inventory of store operations supplies and coordinate procurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply management and reduce costs.
