Job summary

Pampered Chef LTD is seeking an Associate Field Growth & Development Manager to join a fully remote team. You will support the Field Growth & Development Manager in expanding the field by coaching, training, and delivering data-driven insights that drive recruiting, consultant onboarding, and rank advancement.

You will develop field leadership, deliver training in live and virtual formats, and help build scalable systems for durable growth.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ corporate experience in direct sales.
Strong Party Plan and Field Sales Leadership experience required.
Experience with performance coaching to achieve results.
Experience with sales analysis and performance metrics is desired.
Proven background in sales leadership, business coaching, or people development.

Responsibilities

Work with the FGDM to support recruiting and Director development.
Collaborate on coaching techniques, findings, and performance improvement solutions.
Review and analyze segment sales performance and adjust to meet revenue goals.
Travel as needed to develop key markets and expand the sales organization.
Personally coach Directors to improve recruiting onboarding and selling propositions.
Support development of field training content and tools.
Build relationships with the field sales organization and participate in recognition activities.
