Pampered Chef is seeking an Associate Manager of Field Communications & Activation to bring daily business tools, promotions, and programs to life for our consultant field. You will partner across training, sales motivation, consultant success, marketing, and field development to maximize engagement and performance.
The role emphasizes crafting compelling messaging, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving programs that support field acquisition, engagement, and retention across Pampered Chef
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience managing deliverables and working with communications and marketing plans/collateral.
- Experience in the direct sales industry is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Drive development, execution and improvements to monthly communications and activation tools with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with promotions and recognition teams on marketing programs for promotions/recognition.
- Craft messaging across consultant segments and match to medium.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, analyze results and derive actions from learnings.
- Oversee deliverables including copyediting, proofreading and QA.
