Job summary

America's Car-Mart is seeking a Field Collections Representative to drive collections efforts through on-site customer visits and effective negotiation. You will play a key role in maintaining account health while delivering excellent service.

The role features hourly pay with a monthly bonus eligibility up to $425 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, stock purchase plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections and debt recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to meet targets and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers' locations for collections purposes
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options with customers
• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and address customer concerns
• Document all customer interactions and update collection records
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to collections
• Understand and explain benefits and company policies to customers
