Qualifications

• 3+ years in CNC machining industry
• 1-2 years of technical sales or application experience preferred
• Proficient in product knowledge and troubleshooting; tailor solutions to customer needs
• Able to align product solutions with industry trends
• Independent strategic sales planning and target achievement

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets through metal-cutting solutions and territory plans
• Manage sales leads, prospects and customer accounts
• Lead the complete sales process: prospecting, qualification, demos, pricing and negotiations
• Provide pre-sales technical and commercial responses and maintain CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end customer experience
• Conduct demonstrations, workshops and webinars; participate in tradeshows and events
• Deliver cost-saving recommendations through tooling and application testing
