Productivity Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician for field service in South Dakota.

This remote/field-based role travels to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machine tools, primarily Makino, Matsuura, and Haas, with a company vehicle and travel support. Ideal candidates have strong Fanuc control expertise and the ability to diagnose across mechanical, electrical, and control systems, while maintaining detailed service records and delivering excellent

Formación

• Hands-on CNC machine tool maintenance and repair experience.
• Proficient troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Strong diagnostic skills with fluency in Fanuc-based logic.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer sites in South Dakota and nearby regions to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tool equipment (Makino, Matsuura, Haas).
• Receive full travel support including company vehicle, gas card, and paid travel expenses.
• Perform new machine installations, leveling, alignment, and initial setup.
• Repair and adjust mechanical systems including spindles, drives, slides, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components, controls, peripherals, and safety systems.
• Calibrate and replace parts to meet machine tolerances and performance.
• Maintain meticulous digital service records of status, parts, and repairs.
• Provide top-tier customer service with diagnostic findings and recommendations.
