Job summary

Productivity Inc. is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for field service in the South Dakota region, with base in Plymouth, MN. The role entails travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools, primarily Makino, Matsuura, and Haas.

A company vehicle, travel allowances, and comprehensive training are provided. Applicants should have CNC repair experience, strong Fanuc control expertise, and the ability to read complex blueprints.

Qualifications

• CNC machine tool repair and troubleshooting experience (Makino, Matsuura, Haas preferred).
• Strong Fanuc control diagnostic ability and electrical system expertise.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the region to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools.
• Provide full travel support, including company vehicle, gas card, and paid travel expenses.
• Perform new machine installations, leveling, alignment, and initial setup.
