Job summary

LaserAway is seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer (RN) to lead clinical quality and training across multiple clinic locations in the territory. You will coach Lead Clinicians, reinforce protocols, and ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.

Requires 3–5+ years clinical experience with leadership or training, an active RN license, and willingness to travel up to 100% across Peninsula, City, Marin. Reports to SVP, Clinical Operations; compensation is $62–$65/hr with available benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or training experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% across territory.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Lead Clinicians across locations.
• Coaches Clinicians and provides performance feedback.
• Oversees talent decisions with HR and Sr. Clinical Partner.
• Ensures clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across locations.
• Delivers hands-on clinical training for new hires and existing clinicians.
• Supports new clinic readiness and post-opening stabilization.
