Job summary

LaserAway seeks a Clinical Trainer (NP/PA) to drive high-quality, compliant clinical execution across multiple clinic locations in the North Florida, GA, AL territory. You will lead field coaching, reinforce standards, and ensure training programs are delivered consistently across sites.

This role reports to the SVP, Clinical Operations, requires extensive travel, and partners with clinic leadership to onboard new hires, rollout new treatments, and maintain rigorous compliance and patient safety

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred).
• 3-5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or training experience preferred.
• Demonstrated coaching, training, or developing clinicians; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Lead Clinicians (LCs).
• Coaches Clinicians and provides performance support.
• Identifies performance gaps and implements structured improvement plans.
• Reinforces clinical standards through in-field coaching.
