Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Nurse Educator - Aesthetic Clinical Trainer (LA West) to drive clinical excellence across our West Coast locations. You will lead, coach, and develop Lead Clinicians while ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

You will deliver hands-on training for new hires and ongoing clinician development, oversee onboarding, and coordinate with HR and site leaders to ensure readiness for new treatments and clinical rollout across

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or training exposure.
• Proven coaching, training, or clinician development experience.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Lead Clinicians across multiple locations.
• Ensure clinical standards, training programs, and protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Support onboarding and new treatment rollouts.
• Monitor staffing, coverage, and patient demand alignment.
