Job summary

LaserAway seeks a Clinical Trainer to drive consistent, high-quality clinical execution across multiple locations within a territory. You will coach Lead Clinicians and intervene to close performance gaps, ensuring standards are met in the field.

The role requires hands-on training, site visits, and collaboration with HR and senior leaders on talent decisions, with up to 100% travel. RN license plus 3–5+ years of leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or training experience preferred.
• Demonstrated coaching, training, or clinician development experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Lead Clinicians (LCs) and provides coaching to clinicians.
• Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across all locations in the territory.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and performance improvement plans.
• Lead 1:1 coaching, performance reviews, and leadership development for LCs.
• Deliver hands-on clinical training for new hires and ongoing skill refreshers.
• Coordinate onboarding, ramp-up, and training rollouts for new treatments.
• Monitor staffing readiness and care coverage across clinics.
• Identify operational risks and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Support talent decisions with HR and leadership for succession planning.
