Medtronic CST seeks a Clinical Specialist in Las Vegas, NV to provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support across customers and training. The role is field-based and requires travel to multiple accounts within the territory, with a valid driver’s license essential for on-site visits.

The team supports neuroscience, navigation, and robotics platforms, and the Clinical Specialist will educate physicians and hospital staff, maintain performance, and assist with on-site installations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience;
• Associate’s Degree with a minimum 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs for on-site installations with our customers.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance.
• Installs software and hardware upgrades.
• Performs system preventative maintenance.
• Educates and trains physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters relating to our technology-enabled procedures.
