Job summary

Stryker Group in New York is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting, and to lead in-service education within hospital settings. The role partners with local Account Managers to drive clinical support and adoption.

You will communicate complex clinical information during fast-paced procedures, act as a clinical interface, build strong customer relationships, and contribute feedback to product development.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years in cath lab, nursing, or similar clinical setting.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science.
• Travel up to 80% locally and regionally; overnight as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products.
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with regional Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
• Collaborate with product teams to feedback on device features.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as needed.
• Develop presentation materials with Microsoft Office.
