Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari devices, support implantation procedures, and lead classroom and in-hospital training.

You will work with local Account Managers to identify adoption opportunities and serve as the clinical interface between customers and the company. This field-based role requires travel up to 50% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience in a cath lab, nursing, or comparable clinical environment.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Strong clinical acumen is required.
• Travel up to 80% of the time – local, regional, and sometimes overnight.
• Night/weekend on call as per schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive computer skills with Microsoft Office and presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Inari products and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on device features and new developments.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory requirements and ongoing improvements.
