Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products. You will develop training programs in hospital environments and collaborate with local Account Managers to expand clinical support and adoption.

The role requires up to 80% travel, strong cardiovascular knowledge, and outstanding communication. Base salary around $130,000 plus commission and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities to contribute to

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years of equivalent experience in cath lab or clinical environment.
• Understanding of cardiovascular science and physiology.
• Strong clinical acumen required.
• Sales process knowledge is a plus.
• Up to 80% travel locally and regionally; overnight stays may be required.
• Night/weekend on-call as scheduled.
• Light lifting up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic hospital setting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions and in-service programs.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during procedures.
• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and company.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and share product knowledge.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
• Understand Inari products and related technologies; track trends.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide device feedback.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and improvement purposes.
• Perform other duties as needed.
