Job summary

Stryker Group in Traverse City, MI seeks a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting, and to lead in-service education sessions in hospitals.

You will travel up to 80% regionally, collaborate with Account Managers, provide clinical support, build relationships, and work with product teams to feedback on device features while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of equivalent clinical experience in cath lab or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular science and anatomy.
• Extensive English communication and organizational skills.
• Travel up to 80% of the time locally and regionally, with possible overnight.
• Comfort with fast-paced procedures and presenting to diverse medical staff.
• Willingness to participate in a healthcare team and support patients.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and creating presentations.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting related to Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service programs in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Company.
• Build credible business relationships and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support in response to complex inquiries.
• Maintain understanding of all Inari products and related trends.
• Collaborate with product development teams for feedback on features.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as needed.
