Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting, while leading training programs in hospital environments. The role partners with local Account Managers, identifies therapy adoption opportunities, and serves as the clinical interface between the medical community and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Travel up to 80% of the time locally and regionally, with occasional overnight.
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional/Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and Stryker.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product expertise.
