Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari devices and provide in-hospital training and support. You will identify opportunities for therapy adoption and work with regional teams to advance product use in diverse hospital settings.

You will travel up to 80% locally and regionally, delivering clear, technically rich education and building strong clinician relationships while supporting sales objectives and product feedback.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years in cath lab, nursing, or comparable clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular science and anatomy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to travel up to 80% locally and regionally, with potential overnight.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
• Collaborate with product teams to feedback on device features.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement.
