Lobby Co is seeking a Clinical Trainer to deliver comprehensive clinical education and product training for healthcare professionals using advanced diagnostic technologies. This field-based role partners with Sales, Clinical Applications, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding and clinical adoption across hospital and outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for education.

Competenze

3+ years of clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or procedural environments.
Experience providing education, in-servicing, or clinical training to healthcare professionals.
Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse clinical audiences.
Willingness to travel approximately 50–75%.

Mansioni

Deliver clinical training and education programs for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Lead onboarding activities including installation support and workflow integration.
Develop customized education plans based on customer needs and clinical workflows.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure sustained utilization.
Serve as the clinical expert during evaluations, demonstrations, and events.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to support customer success and growth.
