Job summary

Applied Medical Corporation seeks a Clinical Education Specialist to develop and deliver training programs that improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to design hands-on courses, coordinate faculty, and ensure regulatory compliance across educational initiatives.

You will lead field education strategies, educate surgeons, and measure adoption of new techniques, traveling to customer clinics and hospitals as required.

Qualifications

• Three years of medical device sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Effective communication with large sales teams in a timely manner.
• Entrepreneurial drive with self‑initiative and goal orientation.
• Customer‑centered and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to make timely, well‑reasoned decisions and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Flexible personality and team collaboration.
• Excellent computer skills and written/verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and off‑site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain communication strategies with Field team leadership to foster adoption of Applied Medical’s technologies.
• Support execution of strategic plans and disseminate clinical resources for medical education initiatives.
• Identify and recruit key decision-makers within target systems for training.
• Prioritize education-related opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead meetings and deliver presentations to facility administration at various levels.
