Job summary

Insight Molecular Diagnostics (iMDx) is seeking a Field Clinical Applications Specialist to support RUO and IVD products across Oncology and Transplant. This full-time role is remote in the US, collaborating with laboratories and customers to implement assays, provide training, and troubleshoot.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, deliver technical and clinical insights, and help shape product strategy while traveling up to 50% domestically and 10% internationally.

• Drive market intelligence to inform product and clinical roadmap.
• Provide primary training, validation, and troubleshooting for iMDx products.
• Support sales with technical and application expertise.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to improve customer service.
• Stay knowledgeable on competitive landscape and treatment paradigms.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and 10% internationally.
