Job summary

Insight Molecular Diagnostics (iMDx) is seeking a Field Clinical Applications Specialist to support RUO and IVD product strategy across Oncology and Transplant portfolios. You will train and troubleshoot at customer sites, drive adoption, and inform product development through market feedback.

The role is remote in the US, with up to 50% domestic travel and 10% international travel. A BS or higher in molecular biology is required and 3+ years of direct customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of molecular diagnostics (RUO and IVD).
• Ability to support assay implementation, validation, training, and troubleshooting in clinical labs.
• Proven customer-facing experience and ability to translate complex results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for clinical laboratories with training, validation, and troubleshooting of iMDx RUO/IVD products.
• Lead implementation of assays and clinical solutions at customer sites.
• Develop training materials and knowledge bases to support customers and sales teams.
• Build relationships with collaborators, decision-makers, and influencers within the clinical laboratory space.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and 10% internationally.
